What is your shipping policy?

-Shipping is based on the weight of your package, not just a flat rate when you order.

-Combining multiple orders is not always guaranteed but we will always try our best. 

-Wild Rumpus is not responsible for change of address or packages lost or delayed in transit.

-Ready to ship items typically ship in 3-5 business days. Pre-orders and custom orders have longer turnaround times. 

-All sales are final. If you would like to, there is a option to resell your items on our VIP Buy, sell trade thread. 

-Due to the nature of how our products are crafted and because we are small shop, we cannot accommodate exchanges.

-The only exception for returns is if there is a flaw that you notice and your garment has not been washed yet. Please email wildrumpusclothing@gmail.com with photos so that we can resolve your issue.
